Submit articles from high-impact journals

Starting June 1, 2022 we have implemented a policy requiring submissions only from journals with an impact factor greater than 3.  It is easy to check the impact factor of a particular journal.  Simply Google the "journal name" + impact factor and it should come right up.  This change has been made to protect everyone using our platform from potentially sub-par science and predatory journals.
